What can I say about Michael? ….. What a Pro! At every twist and turn of the sale on our condo he gave us all the facts and helped us make critical decisions! We had six offers in 2 days and our condo sold in 5 days. All this happened because of the prep and advice Michael gave us to prepare our rental home for sale. “We met Michael after inquiring about a home in Carmel Valley. This was a cold call to a home he was showing, he had no problem meeting us and providing a personalized package with the details of the house and surrounding area. To be clear, this was a personalized package addressed to me and my wife! So we get a nice package describing the house and the area and a private tour of the house, however, the home was not what we were looking for, did not hit enough of the boxes... That did not deter him... he asked really good questions.
